Unless you’ve been under a rock (or have missed a few too many meetings recently) you’ve probably heard that this year’s Rotary International Convention will be held in Sydney, Australia from June 1-4.
Rotary conventions are amazing value- world class speakers and entertainment, discounted events and travel, and a big injection of Rotary enthusiasm and energy from Rotarians around the world.
This is likely the closest the Rotary Convention will ever get to the Pacific, so if there is a convention for Suva Rotarians to attend, it’s THIS YEAR!
We hope to get a strong contingent together. 13 Fiji Rotarians have already registered and when the number is finalized, we will start working together on potential group travel discounts and, of course, a team bula shirt.
