What to do on a rainy day? Watching a movie is tops on our list. Please join us tonight, 15 December, at Damodar Event Cinemas for the the Fiji Premiere of Star Wars “Rogue One.” Doors open at 19:00 with cocktails, finger food, and networking. Just before the show starts in the VMAX theatre we’ll have the best Star Wars costume contest in the South Pacific.

This year’s Star Wars movie premiere will help fund the Rotary Pacific Water for Life Foundation‘s life-changing work, bringing safer drinking water to rural communities in Fiji.

As of 4PM Thursday Damodar Event Cinemas is open with no plan to close and this event is still on. Tickets are available at the door.

Rogue One is a standalone film set in the Star Wars universe. In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.
