| Sakiusa Nabou is a career central banker, who has been with the Bank for 8 years. During his career he has held several roles which has allowed him to move within the Bank over that period of time in supervision and in development.

He will be talking to us about the Personal Property Securities Act 2017 (PPSA) which was passed by Parliament two years ago. In a Gazette dated 30 April, Government announced that it would become effective on 31 May. PPSA is a new law that comes into effect on 31 May 2019 and will affect nearly everybody who lends, borrows, leases vehicles and equipment and supplies goods on credit.
